All students are welcome to attend this event …
This year is the 150th anniversary of the Italian unification. In order to celebrate this fact, “ThinkYoung” (a youth think tank) is organising a 5 day event in Turin in July. More info can be found here.
ThinkYoung issues an open invitation to any young person to attend “Happy Birthday Italy!“. There are just 500 places available. These are allocated on a first come, first served basis. You are required to register individually so if there is a group of you wanting to go, you should all try to register as soon as possible. Each person has to register with a different email address. Once the 500 limit has been reached, it will not be possible to register on the site.
- DATE: Thurs 7 – Mon 11 July 2011
- COST: 50 Euros (excludes travel to / from Italy)
The total cost is just 50 Euros (payable via the Happy Birthday Italy! website). This includes accommodation, meals, workshops, parties, conference, entry to museums etc. Please note that accommodation is likely to be in gyms (campbeds and sleeping bags) or student dorms. If you don’t like sharing with lots of people, you are free to arrange your own accommodation.
- You must book your place online here.
- Application deadline is 1st July 2011.
