Looking for volunteers to be trained as advisers
CAB (Citizens Advice Bureaux) will provide all the training required.
Role of advisors:
• Interview clients at drop-in sessions
• Give information from CAB electronic information system and other sources
• Give advice in explaining choices and consequences the client faces
• Give practical help by writing letters, making phone calls, completing forms, doing...
